The Adaptive Strength (formerly Box33) Exercise Professional Internship consists of 12 modules for Level 1 and 8 module for Level 2. Level 1 covers two very important aspects of coaching – movement and strength. Level 2 addresses pain, rehab and recovery.
We are looking for two(2) dedicated individuals who bring exceptional leadership, energy, and work ethic.
Upon completion of this internship, aspiring coaches will gain valuable knowledge necessary to become a quality movement, strength & recovery exercise professional.
