The Site is operated by Box33 Consulting (Box33, we, us and our).
Our privacy and cookies policy describes the ways we capture your personal information what we do with it and what controls you have. We aim to ensure that any personal information we obtain and use about you will always be held, used and transmitted in compliance with all applicable data protection legislation.
We are committed to protecting your privacy on-line. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that trust seriously. We appreciate that you do not want the personal information you provide to us distributed indiscriminately or used in ways you would not expect. BOX33 will not disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes. Where you have referred a new customer to us your first name and surname will be shared with the person you referred to us and you agree to that sharing. You are also providing permission for us directly contact the referred customer using the contact details provided. Their details will then be deleted, unless they actively choose to opt into further communications with us.
In the event that we undergo re-organisation or are sold to a third party, you agree that any personal information we hold about you may be transferred to that re-organised entity or third party.
Companies and individuals registered in our affiliate program receive aggregate information about customers that they direct to us through links on their website. No personally identifiable information is provided to affiliate members; the information collected from our affiliates is used strictly for the affiliate program and will not be used for general marketing purposes.
We also provide analyses of our customers in the aggregate to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties. EDITING AND CANCELLING YOUR ACCOUNT
At this time we do not require you to have an online account with us, however:
- If you subscribe to an ongoing Personal Training plan, you can access your payment details via your GoCardless account who act as as a payment provider between us and you. We do not hold your payment details.
- If you have purchased an item from our online store, an account will not have been created but you can request the details regarding your transaction via email (email@example.com) or by post (BOX33, 6/9 Malland St, Myaree, WA, 6154).
You may also request any other written or contractual details from us. Any written details referring to your individual personal training plan will be held securely during the period of your contract and for up to 24 months after your contract terminates, as a reference should you choose to re-engage with us.
Please note that we are required to retain certain information for a period of time after the closure of an account or contract, such as for accounting, taxation and legal purposes. Should you have any issues, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
The Site may contain links to external websites. We assume no responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of those websites. Therefore, please read carefully any privacy policies on those websites before either agreeing to their terms or using those websites.
We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from loss, alteration, unauthorised access or improper use. STORAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information is processed and stored in our databases on secure servers located in the USA. This is necessary in order to process the information. Information submitted by you may be transferred by us to our other offices and/or to the third parties mentioned in the circumstances described above.
You have a legal right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to a copy of all the personal information about you held by us. On request, we will provide you with a copy of this information at no cost. You also have a right to correct any errors in that information. As mentioned above, you have a right to prevent the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
