The world-renowned SFG curriculum was developed by Pavel Tsatsouline, who pioneered kettlebell training in the West.

There are two levels for the StrongFirst Kettlebell Certification: SFGI & SFGII

SFG I Kettlebell Certification

This is a 3 day event where you will learn the principles of the StrongFirst Kettlebell system and the safe, proper way to use kettlebells and teach kettlebell training to others.

The following six foundational skills are taught and tested at the SFG Level I Certification:

At the end of the 3 days you will be tested to ensure you meet a standard in strength, movement skill, and coaching.

SFG II Kettlebell Certification

Build and expand upon what you have learn at the SFG I Kettlebell Certification. This advanced two-day Certification reinforces the principles and skills learned at the SFG I, then expands on them.

The following additional skills will be taught and tested at the SFG II Certification:

At the SFG II, each candidate must recertify their SFG I skills—and then meet an even higher standard of strength, movement skill, and coaching.
