And in January that 2kg will feel like 10kg.
So why not put a stop to the weight gain in the first place.

I am not try to be confrontational, but year after year I see people putting off making their health, fitness and weight a priority in December saying they will start in the new year. And for those that do start (many don’t), seeing the extreme challenge they face starting being those few kilos heavier.
Like I said many don;t even start.. For these people they just put on rough 2kg every year, year after year… Have you been guilty of this… Are you about 10kg heavier than you were 5-10yrs ago?
