As coaches, we want to show kids that fitness is fun — it doesn’t have to be a chore. As parents, we want our children to have a life-long love of fitness, and it is our mission to make this possible for everyone else.

What is the Youth Fitness & Strength Program?

The Youth Fitness & Strength Program is a strength and conditioning class designed exclusively for teenagers aged between 13 and 17-years-old.

It is popular for teens who want to train harder, improve in their specific sport, or be challenged further both physically and mentally. It also suits those who aren’t partial to regular sports but need to lose weight or stay focused.

The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that teens do when they play sport, or muck around in the playground – pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping.

In a group setting, teens participate in positive, fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes and much nicer teens at home as well as develop a life-long love of fitness. The workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements which deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general and scalable for any participant at any level.
