PERSONAL TRAINING TIMETABLE

One on One Personal Training

This training is just you and the coach. To book your training session you can deal directly with your coach.

This membership allow more flexibly with regards to days and times available you can train. All that is required is you liaise with your coach and find a mutually agreeable time to train.

Semi-Private Personal Training

28 Semi-Private Personal Training session each week!!!

Please use our appointment & scheduling App to book your Semi-Private sessions.

It allows you the freedom to book in to PT sessions at days & times that are convenient to you in the allocated Semi-Private sessions slots.

Please remember there is a maximum capacity of 4 people per Semi-Private session. To avoid disappointment make sure you reserve your stop in the session.

If the session is at full capacity and you have not booked in unfortunately you will not be able to do the sessions. Note: You may do Open Gym from the blackboards as alternative.
