THEO MORRIS

Coach / Senior Physiotherapist

Theo Morris is a highly experienced physiotherapist who brings over a decade of expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy to his role at Adaptive Strength. Known for his practical, no-nonsense approach, Theo excels at bridging the gap between injury rehabilitation and performance coaching—helping clients move better, get stronger, and return to the activities they love with confidence.

Since earning his Physiotherapy degree in 2008, Theo has developed a special interest in knee injuries, particularly ACL rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and total knee replacements. His structured, gym-based approach focuses on restoring strength, rebuilding movement patterns, and reducing the risk of re-injury—all while delivering real, lasting results.

Theo has worked with elite athletes across Australia, including as the lead physiotherapist for the WA Women’s Netball team in the ANL and with national-level gymnastics squads. His international experience spans collaboration with sports doctors, exercise physiologists, strength and conditioning coaches, and sports psychologists—making him uniquely qualified to develop integrated programs that accelerate recovery and enhance performance.

At Adaptive Strength, Theo is more than just a physiotherapist. He’s a coach who understands how to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and elevate physical capacity—whether you’re an athlete returning to sport or someone striving to move better and live pain-free. His sessions are a blend of hands-on care, targeted exercise, and expert coaching—all delivered with clarity, structure, and purpose.

With a reputation built on trust, expertise, and outcomes, Theo is a cornerstone of our team—bringing the best of physiotherapy and performance coaching under one roof.
