Since 2017, Matt has been immersed in the world of strength training, which informs his hands-on, gym-based approach to rehabilitation. His work is especially impactful in shoulder rehab—where his experience in managing rotator cuff injuries, post-surgical recovery, and persistent shoulder pain sets him apart.
