Coach / Physiotherapist
Keegan Di Prinzio combines clinical expertise with a coach’s mindset to help clients overcome pain, recover from injury, and build a stronger, more capable body. At Adaptive Strength, he works with a diverse range of individuals—from athletes managing sports injuries to those navigating chronic pain or everyday niggles in the back, neck, shoulders, hips, and knees.
What sets Keegan apart is his ability to translate physiotherapy into practical, gym-based solutions. He doesn’t just treat the symptoms—he works to identify and resolve the root cause of discomfort, using a structured approach that blends evidence-based treatment with targeted movement and strength programming.
A lifelong footballer and assistant coach at Melville JFC, Keegan brings real-world athletic experience to the coaching floor. His time mentoring junior teams has given him a strong feel for the physical and mental demands of sport—making him especially effective when guiding young athletes through rehab and performance development.
Keegan is passionate about staying at the forefront of rehab and performance, constantly expanding his skills to provide clients with the most effective strategies for success. His sessions are built around clear communication, smart progressions, and a strong focus on functional outcomes—so clients not only feel better but move and perform better too.
Whether you’re an athlete working toward your next season or someone just wanting to move pain-free again, Keegan’s down-to-earth approach and dedication to long-term results make him a valuable part of the Adaptive Strength team.
