Box33 is dedicated to helping average people enjoy life better by moving better, moving pain free and becoming stronger.

We believe in training with a purpose. Every set, rep, and drill is calculated and aimed to take our clients to the next level, whether it be for athletic and performance goals or just general well-being.

Imagine being able to “look over the shoulder” of some of the best coaches in Perth, each revealing what they have done and continue to do to stay at the forefront of the field.

How much more quickly would you be able to progress as a coach?

How much faster would your clients see results or your athletes improve?

There’s no doubt that it would shave years off the time it would take you to reach the heights on the profession and to build the type of knowledge and skill level you seek.

That’s what the Box33 Exercise Professional Internship will do for you.

The Box33 Exercise Professional Internship consists of 12 modules for Level 1 and 8 module for Level 2. Level 1 covers two very important aspects of coaching – movement and strength. Level 2 addresses pain, rehab and recovery.
